Q. How can I pay for the product I want to purchase?

A. You can pay by:

  • PayPal – PayPal is the easiest and safest way to pay for goods on the internet using either credit card or bank transfer. PayPal, a company owned by eBay, is an easy to use, secure and convenient way to send money online to pay for goods and services. If you do not have a PayPal account click on PayPal and follow the easy steps to register-free. Once you are registered and have specified how you want to fund your PayPal payment – then just click send to make your payment. That’s all there is to it!
  • Internet Banking – For New Zealand Customers only. Please email us your order and we will email you our bank account details with total amount in NZ Dollars payable.
  • Personal Cheque – For New Zealand Customers only. Your goods will be shipped when the cheque payment has cleared in our bank account. Please allow an extra seven working days if choosing this payment method.

Q. All items are priced in $US. How can I convert $US into my own currency?

A. For the latest currency rates for your country visit Today’s exchange rate & currency Converter.

Please note there may be a minor variation in the daily exchange rate.

Q. How can I find out my ring size?

A. We use UK ring sizes. If you don’t know your ring size visit a local Jeweller to find out your size.

If it is different to a UK size, you can view our International Ring chart and check what UK size is required.

Q. How much does it cost to send my order overseas?

A. Some general overseas ordering guidelines.

  • Please make sure your address details are correct before ordering
  • Up to 6 items can be sent in one parcel for the below shipping costs.
  • Please note NZ Post no longer allows posting any Jewellery non tracked via airmail. All orders need to be tracked via Economy Courier service. This gives you peace of mind knowing that your order is tracked and a signature obtained upon delivery.
  • Why not get some friends together for an order and share the shipping cost?
  • For orders over 6 items please email us and we will check shipping cost. Depending on the weight and size of items the cost might be the same or similar.

Please Note: We can use the Economy Courier service for the following countries only:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, Philippines, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Sweden, Switzerland, UK, South Korea, USA.

Because a signature is required on delivery, we cannot accept a P.O. Box address. We recommend that you choose a work address or similar where someone will be able to receive the delivery.

If courier cost is less than shown we will give refund. This depends on size of courier bag.

Q. What countries do you NOT ship to?

A. Please be aware that we may not be able to ship to some countries due to postal restrictions or import license requirements, even if the online options comes up with rates for it. We will contact you if we cannot complete your order and will refund the payment into your paypal account.

Argentina, Bolivia, Bulgaria, Cuba, Chile, Czech Republic, Egypt, Iran, Libya, Somalia, North Korea, Syria, Sudan, Uruguay, Falkland Island, India, Ghana, Indonesia, Israel, Macedonia, Morocco, Romania, Portugal, Russia, Serbia, Nigeria, Pakistan, Peru, Venezuela and most African parts.

We also reserve the right to decline an order from any other countries not on this list. We will contact you if we cannot fulfill your order and refund any payment that was made into your paypal account. We appreciate your interest in Viola Flair and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Q. When will my order arrive?

A. Your order will arrive:

  • We will dispatch orders within 3 days of payment receipt and will notify you of any delays. Please note if items are custom made there may be a 3-4 weeks delay in getting them made.
  • New Zealand orders will be sent by New Zealand Post Parcel Post tracked and with New Zealand Post Courier and will generally arrive within 1-3 working days.
  • The delivery target for International Economy Courier is between 2-6 working days.
  • Please Note that these delivery times are estimates only and we cannot guarantee that an item will reach its destination within this period.
  • It is possible that the delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive within a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs to see if they are holding the package.

Q. How do I use my Gift Voucher?

A. These are valid for 12 months from date of issue and are issued with an encrypted code number that must be used in the shopping cart when placing an order. In the shopping cart page enter the Voucher code and click on Add Voucher.

Please note the Voucher value has to be used in full – no credit can be given.

Q. Can I return or exchange an item?

A. Your satisfaction is important to us. If any product you receive from us is faulty or damaged it is important to let us know within 48 hours.
We will repair, replace or issue a credit for another product on our website at no cost, after the product has been returned to us. Any items purchased must be returned in their original condition with original packaging within 4 days of having received your parcel if you wish to receive a refund.

Special Orders or commissions are not eligible for a refund.

We are happy to send extra photos or details of any of the items in our photo gallery to help you make the right decision, as the option of a refund is not applicable if you change your mind after purchasing. If you are not satisfied with any product for any reason please contact us.

Q. Can I cancel my order?

A. Online (via email) cancellation of orders can be made at any time up until the goods have been posted. Once the goods are posted then the transaction cannot be cancelled and they become your responsibility.
